Lifestyle Change Trends is a weight management program utilizing prescription appetite suppressants (optional) along with a strong personalized support system LCT is also geared towards a lifestyle change, trading old habits for new ones. It is a very safe and effective physician supervised program.
What can I expect during my first visit?
The first visit takes approximately 1 ½ hours and includes processing paper work, setting weight loss goals, blood pressure checks, total body fat analysis, blood work, and an EKG (depending on age and medical history).
Is there a maintenance program?
Yes! This is the reason our patients keep the weight off. Once your goal is achieved, you will return once a month. This encourages accountability. After a while (time determined by doctor), you will be seen every 3-6 months, taking care of any extra pound without restarting LCT.
How often do I return?
Your first weigh-in is one week later you and the doctor will discuss any questions you have and make any necessary changes to fit your needs, subsequent visits will be weekly too.
What is the average weight-loss?
Weight-loss varies from 6-14 lbs in the first week, based on age, sex, starting weight, exercise and water intake. The first 3 weeks provide maximum weight-loss encouraging motivation and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. After 3 weeks 6-14 lbs per month is average.
